ROYAL SELANGOR PRESENTS MIA

Royal Selangor tapped five of the finest names in Malaysian contemporary art to create a collection of pewter pendants in aid of Badan Warisan Malaysia. Mia or life in Hokkien reflects each artist’s personal insights into life.

“With a growing interest in Malaysian art, we are playing our part in supporting this modern form of artistic expression by providing a medium to express profound ideas  in the form of personal accessories. At the same time, it is also an opportunity to support Badan Warisan which does amazing work in conserving Malaysia’s built heritage” says Yong Yoon Li, Executive Director Royal Selangor International.
