It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Ar. Prof. Dr. Jimmy Lim Cheok Siang, one of the founding members of Badan Warisan Malaysia.
Professor Jimmy played an important role in the early years of BWM and in shaping the organisation’s commitment to the preservation of Malaysia’s built heritage. His passing is a great loss to the BWM family and to the wider heritage community.
As we remember Professor Jimmy and his contributions, we invite those who knew him to share their memories, stories or tributes with us. These personal recollections will help us remember and celebrate the life and legacy of one of BWM’s founders.
